What you will learn - and why
This course explains the various types of contracts that can be maintained
and how they are updated as a result of completing service orders. Emphasis
is placed on table file maintenance setup, establishing new contracts, updating
contract detail and contract billing. The student examines the various information
maintained for a contract including items being maintained under contract,
technician time used on the contract, and billing detail. Various billing options
are explained and examined. Student uses the sample database to add, delete,
and maintain contracts.
This course is for anyone involved in creating customer contracts, updating
contracts, or performing contract billing.
