Introduction

The Tigerpaw PRIME Program is designed to assist you in identifying specific functions within the Tigerpaw CRM+ that provide a measurable return on your investment. The program then guides you through implementation and provides continual education on Tigerpaw features and benefits through courses at Tigerpaw University. The complete implementation of Tigerpaw CRM+, however, is not a destination, but rather a journey. As your business matures and the marketplace changes, you need to continually reassess your processes and procedures to insure not only that you remain profitable, but that your customers continue to receive world-class service. This means you will need to implement functions and features in the future that may not be of any immediate value. Tigerpaw strives to remain ahead of your 'needs' curve so you are assured that as new technology breakthroughs occur, you can implement Tigerpaw solutions to address new and complex issues.

Tigerpaw Software provides many levels of assistance to help you better understand how functions are performed and what steps need to be followed for successful implementation. These 'help' aids include documentation, pre-recorded videos, implementation guides, and on demand instructor-led videos. Probably the best way to learn how a function performs is to view the on demand instructor-led videos. If you still have questions after viewing the on demand videos, you can register for and attend the applicable Question and Answer session.

But where to begin? Times are tough and you want to get benefits from your investment now. In fact, investment is not necessarily a popular word.
