The Tigerpaw PRIME program is designed to help you get Tigerpaw CRM+ up and running right, the first time.
The PRIME Program is our recommended framework for implementing Tigerpaw CRM+. It provides you with a guide to
successfully implement and learn to use the software. This program is designed to guide you through the
education and implementation process by presenting documentation and job-specific courses tailored to your implementation objectives.
Pick a direction. Tigerpaw CRM+ focuses on four major business management issues: administrative operations,
customer service, sales & marketing, and inventory control.
Decide which area to address first. Most organizations want and need to improve in all four areas, but you should
resist the temptation to try and change everything all at once. Instead, identify your most pressing problems or
opportunities, pick the primary business area to be addressed, identify your success criteria, develop an implementation
plan, implement, and then measure the results.
Commit to Training. The key to unlocking positive change within your organization is training. Without training,
your staff member(s) will be attempting to implement solutions to problems that have not been clearly defined, analyzed
for expected results, nor planned for by all affected employees.

Private instructor-led online sessions are tailored to the needs of your company. These sessions can be
used for implementation questions or any training/consulting help that you may need. These are offered on a bid basis,
